​About the Frankfort Arts Association
The FAA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the community through the creation, education, promotion, and appreciation of the arts. Our initiatives include:(Frankfort Arts Assoc, Frankfort Arts Assoc)

Exhibitions: Rotation art exhibits at Studio C, Frankfort Village Hall, and elsewhere.

Underground: A creative workspace and store supporting local artists.

Art on the Green: An annual fine art fair held in downtown Frankfort.

Art & Ales: A fundraising event combining art and local brews.

Community Art Projects: Initiatives like murals, barn quilts, and public installations that beautify our village.

Board Member Responsibilities
Serving on the FAA Board is both a leadership and hands-on role. Responsibilities include:

Policy and Budget Oversight: Setting organizational policies and monitoring the budget.

Event Promotion and Support: Assisting with the promotion and smooth functioning of scheduled events.

Fundraising and Membership: Helping to provide funding for the organization and recruiting new members.

Volunteer Recruitment: Identifying and recruiting volunteers for various roles within the organization.

Community Representation: Representing FAA at community events and fostering relationships with local organizations.

Financial Commitment
Board members are encouraged to make an annual financial commitment of $500. This can be fulfilled through various means:

Direct Donation: Contributing to the Annual Fund Drive.

Sponsorship: Joining at a sponsorship level or supporting specific events.

Membership Recruitment: Recruiting new members or sponsors to support FAA financially.
