Sam Hageman, A Retrospective
Sam Hageman (1923–1988) was an American artist and designer whose work blended architectural structure with a keen sensitivity to place. Trained in both fine art and technical drawing, he developed a style rooted in clear composition, balanced geometry, and carefully observed detail. Hageman created paintings, drawings, and design work that reflected his deep interest in the built environment as well as the natural landscape. Over several decades he became known for work that was disciplined, thoughtful, and visually grounded, leaving a legacy that continues to resonate with those who value craftsmanship and clarity of vision.

Captured in a Moment
Some moments stay with us—whether through beauty, memory, humor, or feeling. Captured in a Moment brings together artists who freeze time in unexpected ways, offering glimpses into personal history, passing scenes, and vivid imagination.
This exhibit spans the quiet and the bold—from peaceful landscapes and nostalgic reflections to surreal dreams, everyday rituals, and cultural snapshots. Each piece marks a moment that lingers—intimate, curious, emotional, or just unforgettable.
Whether drawn from memory, observation, or metaphor, these works invite you to pause and consider the fragments of time that shape our stories.
