You're warmly invited to join us at one of our Relaxing Rhythms drum circles, where everyone is welcome to participate and enjoy the healing power of drumming. In this friendly gathering, we'll learn 3-4 simple rhythms together, making it easy for anyone to follow along. Each drum circle this year will have a different theme and a different mix of drums, so your experience is always unique. Bring your own drum or use one of ours. No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm! Drumming has many benefits, including reducing stress, boosting mood, and helping to foster a sense of community and connection. Come relax, recharge, and discover how rhythm can enhance your well-being while making new friends. The facilitator, Dawn Wrobel, has been hosting drum circles for almost 20 years and is trained in the Healing Rhythms ™ protocol and a variety of global rhythms. Advance registration is appreciated!
