Overview
Workspace Rental Classes allow FAA members to rent the Underground workspace and run their own art classes independently. You set the topic, price, and registration process, and you keep 100% of your earnings. FAA provides the space, basic furnishings, and access procedures, while teachers manage all communication, payments, and marketing.

Current FAA members comfortable managing their own registrations, payments, supplies, and class communications.
What FAA provides
Access to Underground, calendar blocking, basic room setup (tables and chairs), and limited listing on the FAA calendar if requested.
What you provide
All class content, pricing, registration system, payments, materials, student communication, setup, hosting, cleanup, and door security.
Money & Limits
$25/hr rental fee; teachers keep all class income. Arts-based classes only. Not available for parties or unrelated events.
